Job Description Juden Holdings is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Projects Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of the company's expansion projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and delivering construction projects within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate and manage all expansion and construction projects from inception to completion. • Develop project plans, schedules and budgets and ensure adherence to approved timelines. • Supervise contractors, consultants and project teams to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with specifications. • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management. • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and statutory requirements. • Manage procurement requirements and coordinate the availability of materials, equipment and resources. • Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. • Verify completed works and certify progress in line with project milestones. • Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining required quality standards. Qualifications and Experience Qualifications and Experience • Degree, Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology or a related technical field. • A strong construction or technical background is mandatory. • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in project management, preferably overseeing construction or infrastructure projects. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Sound knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract administration and construction practices. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
