Duties and Responsibilities job related Qualifications and Experience -Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. -Part-qualified or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an added advantage. -Minimum three (3) years’ experience in NGO finance, grants management or donor compliance. -Experience working with institutional donors and donor-funded projects. -Knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance systems. -Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. -High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. -Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
