Job Description New Farming Operation | Full-Time | Start-Up Role ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a hands-on Farm Manager to establish and run a brand-new farming operation. The property is currently undeveloped — open land with a river — and we need someone with the vision, drive, and practical skill to set everything up from scratch and coordinate all activities until the farm is fully operational. This is a true start-up role: you will shape the farm from the ground up and take ownership of its success.
