Sunningdale 2 Medical Centre, Harare Job Title: Client Acquisition Agent Company: Sunningdale Medical Centre Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase patient numbers. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, schools, churches, NGOs, and community groups. * Promote the company's services through presentations, networking events, health campaigns, and community outreach. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. * Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients. * Coordinate client visits, meetings, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships. * Work closely with clinical and administrative departments to ensure excellent customer service. * Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns. * Maintain an up-to-date client database and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. * Achieve agreed client acquisition, patient volume, and revenue targets. * Gather client feedback and recommend service improvements. * Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, community events, and stakeholder meetings. * Ensure all marketing and business development activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
