job Description Celeste Medical Hub is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team. Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Process daily financial transactions accurately and timeously. Maintain accounting records and perform bookkeeping duties. Prepare and reconcile bank, cash and supplier reconciliations. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with payroll administration and statutory submissions. Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Maintain accurate filing and financial documentation. Assist with budgeting, reporting and other finance-related administrative tasks. Perform any other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. At least 1–3 years' practical bookkeeping or accounting experience. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong numerical and analytical skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
